    Position summary

    ns the YouTube and lower-funnel 360 product sourcing process, as well as the communication and logistics for the procurement of vendor products for ongoing productions.

    • Owns the identification and procurement process to obtain a suitable replacement product and resolve any potential delays in productions. Escalating issues as necessary directly to leadership.

    • Manages product logistics from point of purchase to delivery at shoot or activation location. Ensuring clear and timely communication with the production company.

    • Organizes and manages the process for returning and donating vendor products after the completion of shoot.

    • Maintains the comprehensive inventory database of any product currently being stored by production teams or at Lowe's warehouse facilities.

    • Issues Store Use Cards for production teams to use in-store for the procurement of prop and emergency product needs.

    • Supports the Creative Producer with production coordination & logistics. Tasks may include setting up projects in Workfront, communicating with internal stakeholders and external production partners, coordinating internal reviews, and providing creative feedback.

    • Leads smaller-scale, scripted video production projects, under the supervision and guidance of the Creative Producer and/or Brand Advertising Manager.

    • Supports the Creative Producer with the project estimate and invoices approval process to garner appropriate signatures; and manages the reconciling of the estimates to final invoices received for the job.

    • May be asked to occasionally perform the aforementioned job duties on broadcast initiatives, as required.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing, or Video Production related field

    • 3-5 Years General Marketing Experience

    • 1-2 Years Experience in product sourcing, administrative support or working with support data

    Preferred Skills/Education

    • 3-5 Years Experience working with data bases, data collection, and report generation
