    Our 10-week summer internship program (May 26th - July 31st) immerses you in real-world retail operations. You'll work directly with industry experts across our stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices, gaining practical experience through hands-on projects that make meaningful contributions to our business and communities.

    This internship is based at our headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our corporate office is a space where you can collaborate and do your best work. Our 25-story Tech Hub is where the future of retail is born. This space is designed to inspire, and you're just a few steps away from some of the best restaurants in town.

    What You Will Learn

    • How to support the product development process as part of the broader product domain strategy

    • How to leverage customer feedback, business strategy, data/analytics, user experience, and technology to create seamless customer experiences

    • How to assist in defining product requirements and effectively communicate them to user experience and technology delivery teams

    • How to monitor product launches and make recommendations for backlog prioritization

    • How to participate in business reviews and contribute product/feature results as needed

    • How to provide input into business cases when new products or features are being developed

    • How to represent customer needs and requirements to drive feature implementation and development with technology teams

    • How to clearly define and write user stories and acceptance criteria

    • How to understand the "why behind each feature and work with leaders and Product Managers to align with the roadmap and supporting KPIs

    • How to use analytics to monitor KPIs, identify opportunities for testing, and recommend product enhancements

    • How to participate in team demos and retrospectives to contribute to continuous improvement

    • How to provide meaningful input into business case documentation

    Education and/or Experience:

    • Intent to pursue a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027

    • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required

    • Experience in or exposure to product management, business analysis, or product marketing through relevant coursework or projects

    • Aptitude gathering and reporting data and the ability to translate data into quantifiable actions

    • Strong collaborative, innovative, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills are required

    • Relevant internship and experience is a plus, as is experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization

    • Proficient in MS Office Programs (specifically Word, Excel, and Power Point)
