Stay up to date with industry trends and drive a culture of competitive benchmarking to influence decisions, processes and best practices within the area of responsibility.
Lead a global business unit for visual space planners and production specialists to deliver upon key strategies. Guide your team to partner with the cross-functional team and deliver high quality work within defined timing and action.
Build and manage a global operating model that promotes cultural adaptation and understanding through formal training and ongoing routines, leading to integration of goals and outcomes.
Drive a continuous improvement and LEAN thinking mindset within the team to drive operational efficiency and improve productivity over time.
Use the knowledge of corporate strategies and evaluation of ongoing operations to consistently improves the processes
Demonstrate accountability by continuously seeking feedback from SSC and field partners and taking swift actions to address areas of opportunity
Staff, assess, develop and retain a team of skilled leaders and associates. Provide ongoing coaching to advance the visual capability and help the associates in achieving their personal and career aspirations through intentional development and succession planning.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, Finance
10 years' experience in Space/Visual Store management
8+ years experience in Space/Visual Store management
