ers. - Maintain all documentation including intake forms, phone screening notes, and feedback documents. - Coordinate with the TA Coordinator for interview scheduling and contingency logistics using standardized templates. - Ensure compliance with hiring processes, including internal transfer approvals, compliance regulations, and requisition management for Launchpad and internships.
Requires Travel up to 70% of the time during peak recruiting times of the year.
This role requires being local to the Charlotte/ Mooresville area.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in HR, Business, or other relevant degree OR 4 years experience in lieu of degree
5 years recruiting experience
5 years experience with behavioral interviewing
5 years experience using an applicant tracking system
Experience proactively searching for and engaging passive candidates
Experience consulting with and influencing hiring managers
3 years experience sourcing through candidate social networking tools and using creative sourcing methodologies (X-ray, FlipSearch, Boolean Search)
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years experience recruiting mid- to senior-level roles
