    This position is based at our on-site Tech Hub in Charlotte, North Carolina. Lowe's Tech Hub is an ultramodern work environment, complete with cutting-edge technology, collaborative workspaces, an on-site barista and Zen Garden, and other perks to enhance your work experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support In-Store Operations - Product Manage and enhance portals used by Vendors, Merchandise Service Managers, and Merchandise Service Technicians teams through field facing data, task prioritization, and operational agility.

    • Establish Product Vision - Collaborate with leaders and business partners to define product vision, set OKRs, and prioritize features that align with organizational goals.

    • Drive Product Execution & Advocacy - Lead execution against OKRs, provide clarity for cross-functional teams, influence product strategy, and build advocacy across stakeholders by leveraging data and clear communication.

    • Leverage Product Analytics - Define and track key metrics, monitor product health, and use insights to drive alignment, market-fit strategies, and continuous improvement.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)

    • 2 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing

    • 1 year of experience in product and/or experience management

    • Experience in an agile software environment with strong writing ability

    • Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization

    • Experience working closely with senior leadership

    • Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables

    Preferred Skills/Education

    • Master's Degree in business administration or similar advanced degree

    • Certified Scrum Product Owner

    Pay Range: $75,300.00 - $143,100.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
