at effectively sources, attracts, assesses, selects, and on-boards talent for VP+ roles
Develops talent intelligence and mapping to understand the competitive landscape and opportunities for recruitment
Directs all aspects of executive search strategies, including but not limited to business planning, forecasting, search execution, and business analytics
Understands Lowe's officer-level competencies and success profiles, and develops search strategies to target high-level external candidates
Builds direct sourcing capability internally which includes evaluating, recommending and implementing systems, processes, and people, with both a short and long-term talent view
Helps streamline decision-making around external and internal talent to create robust and diverse slates to ultimately identify "best-in-class talent for roles across the enterprise. Collaborates to understand the existing leadership pipeline, talent gaps, and align strategies to address critical capabilities and develop integrated diversity and inclusion talent strategies
Builds strong and trusted relationships with executives across Lowe's business
Partners with, influences, and acts as an expert resource to advise HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and leaders to equip and enable them to execute sourcing strategies, plans, and practices
Develops and holds team accountable for metrics to measure effectiveness of processes and candidate experience/outcome. Identify, capture and report on relevant recruitment performance metrics such as: candidate and hiring manager experience, conversion, market factors.
Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning and new programs/strategies and regulatory action as those items impact the talent acquisition functional strategies, capabilities, and programs
Partners with and advises business leaders in assessing pipeline and projecting talent needs at all levels
Drives diversity and inclusion strategies and actions for executive recruiting and talent sourcing initiatives
Identifies, utilizes, and builds strong relationships with a select number of executive recruiting partners and sourcing providers. Ensures providers meet expectations and that the best recruiters in the space are being effectively used by Lowe's
Develops, implements and oversees a high-touch, executive- referral program
Leads continuous improvement efforts to ensure Lowe's delivers best-in-class executive recruiting and sourcing processes
Manages an exceptional candidate experience before, during and after the Lowe's interview process
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Business or a similar discipline and 11-15 Years Broad experience in human resources and executive recruiting, preferably with combination of corporate and executive search agency experience. Track record of working at/with the highest companies for a multi-billion dollar, global, complex, and matrix environment.
8-10 Years Experience maintaining strategic relationships with external search partners and related vendors, ensuring that there is an effective partnership resulting in the acquisition of exceptional executive talent. Experience negotiating all firms' agreements and ensuring that there is an overall vendor strategy and positive ROI.
5-7 Years Experience establishing comprehensive metrics to track executive recruiting effectiveness and overall talent acquisition strategy alignment to the business.
3-5 Years Proven experience hiring, leading and motivating a diverse team of leaders who will translate strategy into action. Also, experience serving as a leader, mentor, and coach to the team.
