    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage digital onboarding and assortment planning for Marketplace sellers by leveraging insights, competitive intelligence, and data analytics to grow and optimize product selection.

    • Work closely with internal teams-including merchandising, category optimization, marketing, onboarding, and support-to align on strategic goals and enhance both seller and customer experiences

    • Monitor KPIs, identify marketplace trends and category opportunities, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making.

    • Develop and manage seasonal roadmaps to ensure relevant, timely, and sustainable assortment updates for key sales events while maintaining marketplace standards and operational timelines.

    • Manage and mentor a high-performing team, foster an inclusive work environment, and help drive improvements to the seller journey by prioritizing features in partnership with onboarding and tech teams.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 8 years of experience in marketplace development, project management, digital or omni-channel commerce, product management, business analysis, program management, merchandising product marketing, or relevant experience

    • 6 years of experience in vendor/seller management

    • 5 years of experience leading others directly or indirectly

    • 3-5 years of experience owning or driving a P&L

    • Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing, Project Management, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree

    Preferred Skills/Education

    Pay Range: $113,000.00 - $188,700.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
