The Senior Manager Project Support accomplishes these responsibilities through the effective management and development of an assigned team of Project Support Reps. This team executes across multiple cross functional work teams to deliver the strategic and functional initiatives on time and meet expected financial and operation benefits defined by the strategy.
• Leads a team of direct reports, completing all the people management activities associated with leadership of highly functioning team, including responsibility of recruiting, hiring, development and performance of team members.
• Oversees the relationship management of Project Support clients to ensure customer satisfaction is met by the execution of their team of assigned Project Support Reps.
• Responsible for ensuring their assigned teams are executing accordingly to establish existing customer loyalty, as well as aggressively pursing Project Support opportunities through new customers.
• Analyzes the return on each customer to understand their needs and determine growth opportunities through new solutions in partnership with both Lowe's and Lowe's Pro Supply organizations.
• Partners with National Account Mangers to ensure Lowe's compliance resources are leveraged to mitigate risk in development and execution of contractual agreements and/or local/state/national Pro Customers
Pay Range: $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually
