    Position summary

    • Manage federal, state, and local Renovation, Repair, and Painting Rule (RRP) compliance for all services performed under retail programs, documenting and resolving complaints where necessary.

    • Support Commercial and Pro customer initiatives by ensuring services delivered in multifamily, commercial, or complex retail environments meet all licensing and compliance standards.

    • Maintain and update installation contracts and independent service provider agreements based on regulatory or legal changes.

    • Collaborate on the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in a retail setting.

    • Track and analyze KPIs on a weekly basis to monitor program compliance, using reports to identify and address root causes of underperformance.

    • Review marketing and service content across customer-facing platforms to ensure messaging aligns with compliance and legal guidelines.

    Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.

    • 5 years of relevant experience in retail compliance, regulatory affairs, or legal operations.
    • 5 years of experience in regulatory or operational compliance, preferably in a retail or services-based environment.
    • 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and conducting root-cause assessments.
    • 3 years working knowledge of state and federal regulations impacting home improvement, contractor licensing, and service delivery in a retail context.
    • 3 years of experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in large retail organizations.
    • 3- years of experience working detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

    Preferred Skills/Experience
    • Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
    • 3 years of experience in retail services, merchandising, or store operations.
    • 3 years' experience on familiarity with contractor licensing platforms, compliance management tools, or service contract software.
    • 1 year of experience supporting large-scale service programs (e.g., installations, repairs, Pro services) within a retail organization.
