    Innovate in Charlotte:
    This position is based on-site at Lowe's in Charlotte, NC. Lowe's Tech Hub is an ultra-modern work environment, complete with cutting-edge technology, collaborative workspaces, an on-site barista, Zen Garden, and other perks to enhance your work experience.

    What you will do:

    Translates complex business requirements and functional specifications into executable stories, designs, and code modules; partners with product teams to understand business needs and functional specifications.

    Independently writes high quality, maintainable, and robust code by building adequate test suits and observability framework.

    React:

    • Deep understanding of React fundamentals (JSX, Components, Hooks, State Management), component design, and reusable component libraries.

    • Proficiency in React performance optimization (code splitting, lazy loading, memoization) and familiarity with React testing libraries and modern styling solutions (styled-components, CSS-in-JS).

    Node.js:

    • Strong experience with Node.jsand its ecosystem (Express.js, Koa, NestJS) and knowledge of working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming.

    • Experience with database integration (SQL/NoSQL), WebSockets for real-time communication, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and Node.jsperformance optimization (clustering, load balancing, memory management).

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)

    • 2 years of experience in software development or a related field

    • 2 years of experience in database technologies

    • 1 year of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field

    • 2 years of IT experience developing and implementing business systems within an organization

    • 4 years of experience working with defect or incident tracking software

    • 4 years of experience with technical documentation in a software development
