    Position summary

    w best practices and perform to site standards to meet financial objectives. They will actively create action plans and delegate to address key opportunity areas. The Sr. Analyst will serve as a member of a team of peers and will be expected to help coach and develop less experienced analysts.

    What You Will Do:
    • Applies proven analytical and problem-solving techniques and skills to evaluate the overall relevancy and efficacy of customer browse paths and category navigation.
    • Builds browse path expertise to deliver best-in-class customer product findability experience and stays up to date with current and evolving product taxonomy best practices and functionality.
    • Support Cross functional partnership with Brand Advocate, Online Merchandising, Product Management, Data Science, Category Experience, Site Operations, Content working with Analysts-Directors.
    • Collaborate with IT, technical product management and data science partners on intent-based, personalized navigation efforts by delivering business requirements, defining UAT/QC plans for AB tests and new product launches, and presenting recommendations based on industry best practices and competitive review.
    • Maintains product attributes to power faceted navigation and onsite search, ultimately helping customers find products online.
    • Assists in developing and maintaining the customer-facing hierarchy structure and category specific attribute model.
    • Provides insights, competitive intelligence, and data driven recommendations to the manager of their assigned area.
    • Maintains knowledge and awareness of best practices within the company, competitors, and retail industry. Works with their manager to introduce and disseminate best practices across the organization.
    • Provide data driven insights to support cross-functional governance steering committee to define and maintain structure and cross enterprise alignment of Lowes.com customer facing navigation.
    • Works as a member of a larger team and may be asked to help coach and develop less experienced team members.

    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelors Degree Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
    • 4 Years Relevant experience in retail or Omni-Channel merchandising/marketing

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • 3 Years online experience or Omni-Channel merchandising/marketing
    • 2 Years experience in a high SKU Count retail environment
    • 1 Year experience with background in analytics, statistics, business planning and/or finance

    Pay Range: $70,400.00 - $117,400.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
