    Position summary

    ticipate in partnering with NIMs to stand up new categories as a SME (with PMO support) or as PM (with no PMO support).
    • Provide support and resolution pathways for PRO inquiries regarding APIs, processes, escalations, situations, and taxes.
    • Provide support and resolution pathways for NIM inquiries regarding processes, escalations, and situations.
    • Support Tech on escalations from the field regarding reporting and availability.
    • Actively lead and/or participate in partnering with NIMs to expand categories to additional stores, increasing category performance opportunities.
    • Actively lead and/or participate in partnering NIMs / PROs / IME to stand up new capabilities.
    • Manage SF&I Road Map, partnering with IME to manage capability and category road map.
    • Partner with NIMs to manage PROs / categories / promotions.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations or a related field or equivalent work experience
    • 5-7 years of experience in project / process management, data analytics, or services/merchandising /store operations

    Preferred Skills/Education
    • 3-5 years of experience with reporting systems such as SQL MicroStrategy/DART
    • 5 or more years of experience in cross functional complex project management, analytic design, report development, and complex root cause analysis
