    Position summary

    er internship program (May 26th - July 31st) immerses you in real-world retail operations. You'll work directly with industry experts across our stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices, gaining practical experience through hands-on projects that make meaningful contributions to our business and communities.

    This internship is based at our headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina. Our corporate office is a space where you can collaborate and do your best work. Take a walk, grab a bite (or a cup of coffee), work out or get a check-up - we invest in you so you can find your inspiration.

    What You Will Learn

    • Assist in the development and execution of sourcing strategies across multiple categories.

    • Conduct supplier research and analyze market trends to support decision-making.

    • Evaluate supplier proposals and participate in negotiations to drive cost savings and value.

    • Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, operations, and merchandising) to align sourcing strategies with business needs.

    • Support contract management activities, including compliance tracking and performance reporting.

    • Gain exposure to supplier diversity and sustainability initiatives within sourcing.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, business, finance, economics, or related field.

    • Expected graduation dates of December 2026 or May 2027.

    Preferred Skills/Experience

    • 3.0 cumulative GPA.

    • Proficient in MS Office programs (specifically in Power Point, Excel and data analysis tools).

    • Communication skills must be comfortable speaking with to a variety of people.

    • Financial acumen must be able to work with numbers and easily discuss.

    • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, problem solving, analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills.

    • Relevant internship or experience with project management, supply chain, finance, sourcing or procurement is a plus.

    • Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization.
