Initiates vendor outreach and develops vendor list for sourcing events.
Sets up sourcing events using appropriate E-Sourcing tools and processes.
Owns and updates ESS and business partners on sourcing project updates and status of initiatives.
Negotiates, processes and executes vendor NDA's and Master Agreements, while adhering to financial policies and compliance requirements.
Drafts and develops Statement of Work (SOWs) with the outline of technical requirements for sourcing projects and RFX events.
Coordinates necessary documentation and process for vendor on-boarding.
Expected to interface frequently with customers regarding project updates and status.
Builds and maintains effective customer relationships.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Business, Engineering, Science, or related field and 3-5 Years Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
2+ Years sourcing, market intelligence or vendor management experience. Experience in procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance or similar work with an emphasis on sourcing, negotiations, and contracting
3+ years business experience
Knowledge and experience using E-sourcing tools
Financial and business acumen
Experience with financial data analysis, strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree Business, Engineering, Science, or related field MBA, JD, MS, ME
Project management skills
Negotiation experience
