    This position is based at our on-site Tech Hub in Charlotte, North Carolina. Lowe's Tech Hub is an ultramodern work environment, complete with cutting-edge technology, collaborative workspaces, an on-site barista and Zen Garden, and other perks to enhance your work experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Managing correspondence: Handling routine communications and preparing documents and presentations.

    • Calendar management: Keeping the VP's schedule organized and ensuring they have all necessary materials for meetings.

    • Customer interaction: Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

    • Document production: Creating complex documents and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion.

    • Event coordination: Organizing special events and managing logistics.

    • Budget assistance: Helping with budget reports and compliance.

    • Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees.

    • Travel coordination: Arranging travel plans and preparing necessary materials.

    • Project management: Planning ahead and coordinating project information.

    • Problem-solving: Conducting research to find solutions to daily issues.

    Required Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting Sr level leaders
    • Proven admin or assistant experience in a matrixed corporate environment
    • Demonstrated ability to anticipate priorities, adjust and problem solve on behalf of an executive based on the needs of the leader and the business
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Office 365)
    • Excellent time management skills, proven ability to multitask and prioritize one's own work
    • Ability to maintain confidential information with unquestionable discretion
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, commensurate with Senior Executive level communication expectations in the marketplace
    • Demonstrate active listening skills (adaptable, proactive) & decision making
    • Customer service oriented and demonstrated professionalism
    • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced team oriented environment
    • Excellent research skills - ability to find an answer when he/she doesn't have one
