What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1-year experience in a first-class culinary environment
Excellent technical knowledge of contemporary cooking styles and ingredients
A proven understanding of and sincere interest in developing food and wine pairing knowledge.
Comfortable meeting the physical requirements of the position including lifting to 50 lbs., standing for long periods of time, and navigating stairs.
Flexible scheduling - working days, evenings and weekends required.
You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable with change.
You put trust in others and never let anyone down.
You listen, take feedback, respond quickly, and take initiative with a sense of urgency.
