This role is based out of our Dublin Office. We love our office and the setting it provides for celebration and collaboration. But we also appreciate the opportunity to work remotely can energize you too, so we do offer flexible arrangements!

What you'll do

As our new Head of Brand Communication for the Liquid Refreshment Beverage (LRB) category within our Global Brand Team, you will be responsible for the development of world class brand campaigns and activations that support the business goals. The role contributes to strengthening the brand's image and competitive advantage on a global scale.

Additional key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the strategy and development of global brand campaigns and activations.

  • Deliver plans that are founded in the principles of modern marketing i.e., Developing big ideas within communications ecosystems ensuring fit-for-format creative to drive maximum impact in social.

  • Lead disruption of the beverage market with 'voltage comms' that get people talking.

  • Work with VP Global Brands and Insights team to control foundational brand strategy and guide global go-to-market approaches based on market development stage.

  • Deliver clearly articulated campaign ideas that have capacity to adapt to local market needs.

  • Drive integrated marketing programs that get noticed and permeate into culture, staying attuned to emerging trends and culture to ensure our products remain relevant.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Commerce or related field.

  • 10+ years' experience driving large-scale global marketing programs within the beverage and/or LRB category.

  • Experience of delivering world-class (award-winning) and highly creative campaigns and activations.

  • Commercial & project management experience, to ensure that recommended marketing plans are successfully implemented across all global markets.

  • Proven track record of cross functional agency management - Media, PR and general Communications.

  • Experience of building and leading high-performing teams.
