Build ManEx capability by defining and implementing a standardized set of tools to manage manufacturing execution and implementation of lean principles.
Assure the site adopts & embeds the ManEx standards and best in class practices as defined, developed and established within our ManEx framework.
Drive Continuous Improvement and Productivity Savings Projects. Responsible for identifying, chartering, and leading significant improvement initiatives - delivering the project results on time and sustaining the improvements post implementation.
Skills & Experiences Needed:
BS/BA in Engineering, Food Science, or Operations Management
8 Years in an operations or CI role
Continuous Improvement Certification
Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment
Experience Leading Kaizens and/ CI Projects
Ability to quantify monetize the impact of improvements
Training & Coaching abilities
