Deliver staff training to target On Premise customers nationally to ensure the brand is top of mind
Acts as the "face" of the brand at key events and trade shows
Available to deliver consumer seminars where appropriate
Brand Planning
Work with the Portfolio Manager to deliver best-in-class trade activation plans that focus on engaging the consumer and inspiring trial
Work directly with the Portfolio Manager and Sales Directors to finalize target account lists and listing goals for the focus SKUs from within the Symington Portfolio
In partnership with MAWS, execute the trade activation plans
What you will bring:
Minimum 5+ years in Port Wine business
Portuguese speaking
Event management experience an asset
Completed Bachelors Degree in Business, Commerce or related from a recognized institution
Masters in Business/Marketing an asset
WSET Level 3 or equivalent
Strong relationships with retail and on-premise customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Portuguese
Strong presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic influencing skills
Proven project management skills
Strategic long-range planning skills and excellence in prioritization
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to travel extensively across Canada
