Accountabilities & Impact:
Work with production team, leaders, supervisors, maintenance and management to ensure maximum production efficiencies though data analytics, working with the Reliability Engineer, and driving cost saving measures.
Develop, implement and maintain min/max levels of spare parts and general use items
Lead the development/recommendations for min/max levels of on-hand spares. Adjust levels as necessary to support the operations considering availability, sourcing, logistics and costs.
Identify and recommend best pricing, service, delivery and quality for tooling, spares and equipment to be ordered
Inquire/source new vendors with competitive pricing driving positive ROI
Work with National Account Representatives
Skills & Experiences Needed:
5+ years of relevant experience within a manufacturing/maintenance environment preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Bachelor's degree in business management and/or engineering required or equivalent combination of experience/education
Experienced user of: Windows, Microsoft Office
Attention to detail, consistency, good organizational skills the ability to multi-task.
Excellent verbal and written communication & Familiarity with Manufacturer part numbering systems and catalogs
