Accountabilities & Impact:

  • Build effective partnerships with business units to maintain and continue building a culture of innovation and performance excellence.

  • Drive organizational capability through assessing talent, identifying competency gaps, following through on succession plans, and the strategic movement of people.

  • Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and People Operations strategy.

  • Creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention, and reward programs.

  • Oversee employee relations and investigations.

  • As part of the People Operations team, collaborate with other members of the team to drive employee programs, change management activities, training, and adaptation for all processes.

  • Establish regular communication cadence with all leadership teams and deliver agreed upon KPIs, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reporting.

Skills & Experiences Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, psychology, or a related degree; Master's degree preferred

  • Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience, including at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with progressing levels of responsibility

  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred

  • Experience building foundational & best-in-class People programs

  • Strong knowledge of applicable laws & regulations
