Position summary

What you'll do:

  • Technical Product Manager within the Talent Management workstream which includes Performance Management, Succession Planning, Recruiting and Employee Sentiment products.

  • Lead release management, enhancements, prioritize backlogs with a focus on the employee experience, employee adoption and scalability.

  • Lead solution consulting - address challenges with HR technology based on sound best practices, champion innovation ongoing process improvement initiatives.

  • Support enhancements and implementation from start to finish - working with business process owners to define requirements and define delivery strategies, manage upgrade and project schedules.

What you have:

  • High proficiency in Excel.

  • Understanding of database design principles.

  • Capable of explaining technical (and non-technical) initiatives to non-technical people at all levels of the organization.

  • Product Management: analysis, testing, stakeholder engagement.

  • Minimum 5 years experience with the delivery of SaaS HR Technology initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technology-related field or equivalent work experience.
