Associate, Business Operations - Rates

How You'll Help Take Us There

• Manage and support customer liquidity onboardings and changes
• Collaborate with Sales teams to understand new customer operational needs and recommend ideal onboarding setups leveraging technology nuances of the platform.
• Manage the process of developing and distributing standardized reporting on platform analytics internally and externally
• Support Liquidity Management team in configuring platform liquidity
• Work with product teams to develop differentiated products
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

What We're Looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial services industry
• Understanding of electronic trading platforms
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong data analysis skills
• Ability to present and propose new ideas internally and externally
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Series 7 preferred (required to obtain within the first six months of employment)
• Familiarity with data visualization products like Tableau
• Familiar with Python, SQL and AWS is a plus

For job positions in NYC, NY, and other locations where required, the estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $ 75,000 USD to $110,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for annual cash incentives, equity, and other benefit programs.
