How You'll Help Take Us There
- Support senior sales coverage in managing and developing relationships with institutional Buy Side clients in France
- Assist with client meeting preparation, follow-ups, and day-to-day client and internal coordination
- Help drive platform engagement by supporting client outreach, usage analysis, and adoption initiatives
- Leverage customer and industry intel to effectively communicate product requirements to Product Specialists/Developers for system enhancements, functionality and usabilit
- Actively build a new business pipeline within the relevant product or region.
- Produce and maintain standard and bespoke client reporting, including trading volumes, product usage, and TCA support
- Use data and analytics to identify usage trends and contribute to client discussions led by senior sales colleagues
- Support client onboarding and training, coordinating with Sales, Product, Operations, IT, and other internal teams
- Build knowledge of MarketAxess products, electronic trading workflows, and client integration processes through hands-on exposure
- Provide ad hoc support to RFQ-Hub coverage
- Assist with X-Pro roll out; provide training to clients
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of relevant experience in financial services, markets, analytics, sales support, or a related field
- Interest in fixed income markets and electronic trading; prior exposure is a plus but not required
- Practical experience leveraging Tableau for dashboarding and data presentation
- Strong analytical skills, with confidence working with data, reporting, and insights
- Clear, professional communicator able to explain information accurately and concisely
- Proactive, organised, and eager to learn within a client-focused, sales environment
- Collaborative team player with a positive and professional approach
- University degree (completed or expected)
- Fluent in English and French
