How You'll Help Take Us There

• Work directly with sales teams to design and deliver data-driven content to our clients.
• Work across functions to define and enhance delivery channels.
• Design and build quantitative tools that optimize and improve the business.
• Leverage our rich dataset to deliver market insights to our clients.
• Collaborate with clients to help them maximize the value of our products to their businesses.

What We're Looking for

• Experience working in financial markets, ideally coming from Fixed Income front office environment.
• Experience working with data, both in onboarding, cleaning, and curating data in databases as well as evaluation of data and presentation.
• Proficiency in programming, preferably Python, but ideally with experience of statically typed languages. Comfortable working with standard Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools in a collaborative environment (git/bitbucket/JIRA etc.)
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred Master's or PhD in an applied quantitative field, such as physics, quantitative finance, statistics, computer science or engineering.
• A self-starter, should have ability to work independently as well as thrive in a team environment.

For job positions in NYC, NY, and other locations where required, the estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $135,000 USD to $185,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for annual cash incentives, equity, and other benefit programs.
