How You'll Help Take Us There
- Lead a team of developers to define and implement SRE best practices
- Build a culture of automation, identifying manual tasks and creating robust and innovative solutions to remove toil
- Integrate and operate observability products that support compliance requirements and enable the team to better understand the state of their services and apps in production and help other teams do the same
- Provide technical leadership and guidance around containerization of applications and DevOps best practices
- Perform analytics on previous incidents to better predict issues and take proactive actions
- Develop, monitor, and alert on SLIs/SLOs
- Grow our agile development culture through use of excellent engineering skills and a deep knowledge of DevOps methodologies
- Own the regular reviews of systems performance metrics with the stakeholders
- Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, mentoring other members of the engineering community
- Socialize SRE culture across teams in the organization
- Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines for applications and products
- Author Release / Deployment Plans and Rollback procedures
- Develop and scale engineering best practices across the organization through automation, auditability, automated testing, infrastructure and policy as code
- Establishing cross-training initiatives to provide enhanced automated support capabilities
What We're Looking for
- 5+ years in Cloud and SRE to DevOps roles, with 2+ years minimum of software development experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, deploying, and automating infrastructure & platform services in Public Clouds (AWS, GCP, and Azure) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- 2+ years as team lead
- Familiarity with Automation and DevSecOps Pipeline tools like Ansible, Maven, Gradle, Chef, Puppet, etc.
- Comprehensive understanding of CI/CD and experience with building and deploying pipelines with tools such as Jenkins
- Strong knowledge in at least one and preferably both: Java, Python
- Experience with shell scripting
- Hands-on experience in orchestration container platforms (cloud or on-premises such as docker, EKS, AKS, Tanzu, OpenShift, etc.)
- Deeply committed to complete automation of the complete SDLC
- Exceptional problem resolution skills
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong written, verbal, and team communications skills
- Ability to collaborate with team members and colleagues across the organization, as well as open attitude about sharing work-in-progress and developing ideas
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject

For job positions in NYC, NY, and other locations where required, the estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $240,000 USD to $260,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for annual cash incentives, equity, and other benefit programs.
