Position summary

to streamline our customers' trading workflows. In this position, you will interact with business and technical stakeholders across the firm who help support these product development initiatives and are responsible for adoption by our clients.

The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge including experience of Agile methodologies, business analysis and product management skills within fixed income trading, and a track record of delivering innovative, data-driven solutions.

How You'll Help Take Us There

  • Learn quickly and become a subject matter expert in both fixed income trading and Agile culture, processes, practices and tooling
  • Prioritise the backlog of work so that it best supports the execution of the product strategy
  • Identify customer needs and articulate them to the cross functional teams responsible for delivering products that meet those needs
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to ensure the delivery of coherent and consistently high-quality products delivered at pace
  • Play an active role in the Product Management community, helping to grow our capability in these areas
  • Be comfortable show casing progress to large groups through demos and walkthroughs
  • Analyse user and market data for insight on what is driving client behaviour. Use this data to produce insightful sales material that will drive product usage
  • Support the head of product management in tracking business key performance indicators to measure product ROI/success

What We're Looking for

  • 2+ years working in product, project or business analysis roles
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant subject (ideally technical)
  • Demonstrable ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience in financial services sector/fixed income
  • Recent experience of OMS/EMS API integration with trading venues
  • Understanding of FIX specifications for electronic trading or data
  • Fundamental understanding of database design, including working knowledge of SQL
  • Experience in Agile delivery techniques, processes, practices, and tooling
  • Proficiency with tools such as, Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Slack
  • Experience in continuous improvement and problem-solving techniques
  • Agile learner with attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Enthusiasm for trading businesses and technology
