ommunicating new product releases, manage and mitigate any level 1 and 2 client support issues, work with both the Sales and Tech teams to prioritize and communicate client feedback and product needs. You will act as a subject matter expert, working with the local MarketAxess Sales and Relationship Managers to expand the APAC client business.
As the founding RFQ-hub team member in the region, you will need to have a strong technical understanding of the RFQ-hub platform, the market and its participants. Working closely with colleagues in Europe and the US, you will be expected to represent the business to our global clients and represent the regional client requirements and priorities. Clear communication of the value proposition, deep understanding of RFQ-hub's functionality, and ability to become a subject matter expert on ETF/derivative industry topics are the keys to success.
How You'll Help Take Us There
• Communicating the value proposition of RFQ-hub to new and existing clients.
• Managing Level 1 and Level 2 Client Support for the APAC region.
• Monitor day-to-day operation of the Production systems and perform proactive and reactive system maintenance.
• Support and configure requestor/responder FIX connectivity and algo/vendor certification requests.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the ETF/derivatives market and RFQ-hub product offerings , anticipate customer needs, and provide support to clients as needed.
• Serve as the RFQ-hub subject matter expert internally and accompany MarketAxess Sales RMs on general client meetings.
• Actively build a new business pipeline within the relevant product or region, call on customers and develop relationships at multiple levels across the customer organization (intermediate)
• Travel where necessary and meet the minimum of customer meetings during and after business hours and be able to entertain customers at various events when needed.
• Be the internal and external champion of ETFs, Derivatives and RFQhub.
• Drive key initiatives: List trading, automation, switch trading for ETFs/derivatives as they become available in the region
• Collaborate with internal teams, - customer services, Customer integration, research, client Sales, Data teams and global work colleagues.
