    • Mentor members of design team: You'll actively coach, support, and challenge designers across the team, helping them elevate their craft, solve complex problems, and grow in their roles.
    • Collaborate to ship great products: You'll work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, and QA to translate complex business and user needs into scalable design solutions, ensuring smooth implementation from concept to release.
    • Champion a user-centered, feedback-driven design process: You'll engage directly with end users to validate design decisions, uncover usability issues, and ensure our solutions are grounded in real-world insight, conducting research, synthesizing findings, and iterating on designs to deliver truly usable, client-centered experiences.
    • Advance our design system: You'll help evolve and govern our internal multi-theme design system in Figma, ensuring reusable patterns, visual consistency, and developer-ready handoff for both dark and light modes.
    • Lead design reviews and enforce UX quality: You'll set high standards for design excellence and consistency by leading critiques, providing thoughtful feedback, and ensuring our products meet the bar for usability, accessibility, and polish.
    • Advance UX maturity across the organization: You'll help refine internal processes, facilitate workshops, contribute to documentation, and advocate for UX, raising the bar for design across the organization.
