ished to develop and scale Data & Analytics (D&A) products to unlock RBS/dCom potential in Mars: RBS D&A Manager. Reporting to the RBS D&A, Global Director, PN Growth, the person in this role will also be accountable to the Global RBS Product Owner and will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of RBS products in specific regions in PN. This role operates on a global scale and collaborates closely with PN business team members across all departments.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Deliver a market by market product roadmap, develop and land (with users and leaders) RBS products according to planned roadmap
Define market scope, synthesise business (and data) requirements in partnership with OE Super Users and OE Regional Leadership (Sales, Marketing and Regional Leadership)
Manage Product development, timeline and deployment
Validate product build, define and support test scenarios with market
Support rollout launch across OEs, continuation/sunset existing tools and manage adoptions of new transformation tools
Ensure product adoption, facilitate change with OE's (Super Users, Acc. Teams)
Escalate trade-offs to lead and recommend and execute resolutions
Communicate product updates/requirements to Product lead and DT teams in appropriate forums - managing the challenges from briefing, prioritisation, development and adoption
Translate Business Requirements to RBS roadmap- effectively aligning the technical delivery with internal and external partners to meet market needs
Support and lead RBS market agenda - be RBS SPOC in local and regional connected commerce teams and global communities. Build credibility, and partnership independently and as part of the RBS team to support the holistic Connected Commerce Vision
What are we looking for?
• The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years professional experience in analytics with dedicated experience in digital marketing or consumer behavior related field
• Strong knowledge of dComm, sales marketing, media, and data analytics
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Experience deploying analytical products from development stage to prod with business + associated change management, incl senior stakeholder engagement
Key Functional Competencies
• Functional expertise in CPG/ retail industry in the following domains: dCom, sales, marketing
• Large scale Transformational Experience (program management, Change Management) is a plus
• Data and analytics End to End Product development
