    What will be your key responsibilities?

    • Project Management of the end-to-end implementation of the TPM solution within UK and Ireland, ensuring timely and successful execution while aligning with business objectives and other dependencies.

    • Regular Stakeholder Collaboration with Sales, Finance, IT, and other key stakeholders to manage overall program timelines, activities, and communication activities.

    • Status Reporting & Issue Resolution, via managing all project risks, issues, actions, and decisions, and escalate as required to responsible teams in the overall program rollout.

    • Oversee the system design requirements gathering phase to ensure Mars Food & Nutrition requirements are captured for vendors and internal development teams.

    • Oversee system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes to ensure the TPM system meets requirements and quality standards.

    • Continuous Improvement by developing and monitoring program delivery KPIs across timelines.

    • Training & Change Management Planning on key business timelines for training, change management activities, and communication strategies.

    • Training & Change Management Execution by coordinating stakeholder involvement, setting up key sessions & coordinating agendas, reviewing and sending communications, and executing logistics for end user training.
