What will be your key responsibilities?
Project Management of the end-to-end implementation of the TPM solution within UK and Ireland, ensuring timely and successful execution while aligning with business objectives and other dependencies.
Regular Stakeholder Collaboration with Sales, Finance, IT, and other key stakeholders to manage overall program timelines, activities, and communication activities.
Status Reporting & Issue Resolution, via managing all project risks, issues, actions, and decisions, and escalate as required to responsible teams in the overall program rollout.
Oversee the system design requirements gathering phase to ensure Mars Food & Nutrition requirements are captured for vendors and internal development teams.
Oversee system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes to ensure the TPM system meets requirements and quality standards.
Continuous Improvement by developing and monitoring program delivery KPIs across timelines.
Training & Change Management Planning on key business timelines for training, change management activities, and communication strategies.
Training & Change Management Execution by coordinating stakeholder involvement, setting up key sessions & coordinating agendas, reviewing and sending communications, and executing logistics for end user training.
