    Thus, we are actively seeking a Global Senior Architect to join our team and spearhead this incredible journey. This role offers an opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping our future and crafting an extraordinary experience for our partners and associates.

    Reporting to the COE Omni-L2C and CX Senior Director, this role centers around the design, implementation, and management of an E2E Technical Architecture within a multiple application ecosystem environment, which requires compliance to Corporate Standards. **The Architecture strategy will ensure to make the most of Composable Architecture, while facilitating Data as a Product Strategy, in a context of new middleware developed by our Enterprise Integration Hub, and new products and platforms, designed and build by our COE Team**, and deployed across 56 markets, through our Regional Deployment teams. Those Platforms and Products are within the scope of Sales function and include B2B CRM for Customer Service and Field Sales, eB2B commerce and sales for online experience of our B2B Customers, and Pricing Engine.

    What are we looking for?

    • Master degree in IT

    • 7 to 10 years' experience in the field of technical architecture, in the space of demand/sales function

    • Demonstrable ability to articulate digital architecture strategy factoring in overall business and technology intent & strategy`

    • Strong technical skills in SaaS (Salesforce, Online Commerce, Pricing technology ...) and integration technologies such as APIs, web services, middleware, and databases,

    • Understanding of data security and governance principles, with a commitment to best practices in IT security and data protection,

    • Demonstrable agile, and program experience, with experience in the full development cycle of composable architecture, in an iterative way,

    • Ability to creatively solve problems, make informed decisions, work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, and works well under pressure,

    • Demonstrable experience of delivering through others, lead multidisciplinary teams, while creating collaborative relationships,

    • Excellent communication, especially in English, with interpersonal relationship management skills, and proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels and from different departments,

    • Curious and demonstrable commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with emerging trends, technologies best practices.

    People Management

    Architectural Strategy and Planning

    • Define and maintain the enterprise application architecture roadmap across SaaS and on-prem/packaged solutions.

    • Align IT systems with business goals, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and integration.

    • Evaluate and plan migration paths from legacy systems to SaaS where appropriate.

    Integration & Interoperability

    • Design robust, secure, and scalable integration architectures across disparate SaaS and packaged systems, with the support of our internal Integration Hub team

    • Use middleware (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps) or APIs to bridge cloud and on-prem systems.

    • Ensure data consistency, identity federation, and single sign-on across systems.

    Governance & Standards

    • Establish architectural standards, best practices, and governance models.

    • Ensure compliance with security, privacy (e.g., GDPR), and industry regulations across environments.

    • Define guidelines for vendor selection, onboarding, and decommissioning of software.

    Technology Evaluation & Selection

    • Evaluate new SaaS offerings and traditional platforms for strategic fit.

    • Lead build vs. buy assessments.

    • Ensure vendor solutions meet security, integration, and performance requirements.

    System Performance & Reliability

    • Design solutions that meet SLAs, uptime, and performance targets across all environments.

    • Proactively address technical debt and maintain system health and performance metrics.

    Team Collaboration & Leadership

    • Act as a technical leader, collaborating with product managers, development factory managers, DevOps, integration and infrastructure teams.

    • Provide guidance and mentorship to other architects and technical staff.

    • Participate in architecture review boards and steering committees.

    Security & Risk Management

    • Work closely with InfoSec teams to ensure secure data flows between SaaS and packaged systems.

    • Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for architectural decisions.

    Cost Management

    • Optimize SaaS license usage, infrastructure costs, and packaged software maintenance.

    • Support budgeting processes with TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and ROI insights.
