    Position summary

    new TMS capabilities across all project stages-from concept & ideation (C&I), through user testing and training, to golive support.

    • Ensure seamless integration between digital TMS solutions and ANZ physical logistics operations-including business units, transportation vendors, and warehousing teams-working collaboratively to embed fitforpurpose, user centric processes.

    • Manage project risks & issues, proactively driving controls, escalation, and mitigation strategy to keep the project on track.

    • Experience as a Project and Change Manager who thrives at the intersection of digital and physical operations-someone who:

    • Has proven expertise managing largescale supply chain or TMS transformation projects on time and within budget.

    • Demonstrates practical change management experience-optimising adoption while keeping operations robust.

    • Brings strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners.

    This role is a 12 month contract position. For Melbourne based candidates - travel to Wodonga and global calls will be required.
