    Position summary

    Science, Finance, Business, or a technical field, or equivalent work experience.

    • 5+ years of experience in supporting Order to Cash and/or CRM systems, including system support, testing, and end-user training.

    • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required).

    • In-depth knowledge of the Order to Cash lifecycle and Salesforce.com, including Sales and Service Cloud.

    • Familiarity with ITSM and the Agile Product Lifecycle.

    • Strong problem-solving, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.

    What will be your key responsibilities?

    • Recommend high-value adaptations of SFDC, OMS, and other Operations Products based on self-directed training and new releases.

    • Support Order to Cash business processes, including integrations from multiple order sources such as eCommerce, EDI, and API.

    • Support Stakeholders and team members within the OMS and Salesforce capabilities

    • Acquire and interpret business requirements, create functional specifications, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

    • Responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing OMS.

    • Provide feedback and guidance to other OMS users.

    • Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and architects in the design and configuration of SFDC and OMS instances.

    • Analyze business models and customer requirements to design and build effective solutions.

    • Mitigate risks associated with complex projects that present significant challenges to the business.

    • Configure and customize SFDC and OMS based on stakeholder input.

    • Resolve user case escalations and perform other duties as assigned.
