Science, Finance, Business, or a technical field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in supporting Order to Cash and/or CRM systems, including system support, testing, and end-user training.
Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required).
In-depth knowledge of the Order to Cash lifecycle and Salesforce.com, including Sales and Service Cloud.
Familiarity with ITSM and the Agile Product Lifecycle.
Strong problem-solving, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Recommend high-value adaptations of SFDC, OMS, and other Operations Products based on self-directed training and new releases.
Support Order to Cash business processes, including integrations from multiple order sources such as eCommerce, EDI, and API.
Support Stakeholders and team members within the OMS and Salesforce capabilities
Acquire and interpret business requirements, create functional specifications, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing OMS.
Provide feedback and guidance to other OMS users.
Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and architects in the design and configuration of SFDC and OMS instances.
Analyze business models and customer requirements to design and build effective solutions.
Mitigate risks associated with complex projects that present significant challenges to the business.
Configure and customize SFDC and OMS based on stakeholder input.
Resolve user case escalations and perform other duties as assigned.
