    Key Responsibilities:

    Release Management for MarTech Solutions:

    • Manage the end-to-end release lifecycle for cross-product MarTech initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.

    • Develop and maintain a centralized release calendar for MarTech products, aligning with business objectives and marketing goals.

    • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define release scope, objectives, and KPIs.

    Cross-Product Solution Orchestration:

    • Lead the integration and orchestration of MarTech products, including:

    • SSO (Single Sign-On)

    • Consent and Identity Management Tools

    • CDP (Customer Data Platform)

    • CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

    • DAM (Digital Asset Management)

    • Other MarTech tools added to the roadmap as the ecosystem evolves.

    • Act as a strategic leader to identify synergies and optimize workflows across the MarTech stack.

    • Ensure compatibility, synchronization, and scalability between tools to deliver unified cross-product solutions.

    Coordination and Communication:

    • Serve as the central point of contact for cross-product MarTech releases, fostering collaboration across marketing, product, and engineering teams.

    • Communicate release plans, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

    • Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth delivery of integrated solutions.

    Process Optimization:

    • Design and refine release processes tailored to MarTech products to improve efficiency and reduce risks.

    • Establish best practices and guidelines for release planning, execution, and post-release reviews.

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance MarTech release management practices.

    Risk and Issue Management:

    • Identify potential risks, challenges, and dependencies for cross-product releases and develop mitigation strategies.

    • Manage release-related incidents and ensure timely resolution with minimal impact on operations.

    Tooling and Reporting:

    • Utilize JIRA extensively to manage release workflows, track progress, and provide visibility into release status.

    • Generate and distribute reports highlighting release performance, challenges, and achievements.

    Key Qualifications:

    Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in release management, product management, or related roles in a cross-functional environment.

    • Proven track record of managing releases across complex MarTech ecosystems, including tools such as SSO, consent and ID management, CDP, CRM, and DAM systems.

    Skills and Knowledge:

    • Strong understanding of marketing technology stacks and their role in enabling business outcomes.

    • Expertise in managing dependencies, risks, and conflicts in multi-team MarTech environments.

    • Proficiency with JIRA is a must, including workflow management and reporting.

    • Full Professional Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

    Technical Acumen:

    • Familiarity with release management tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git) and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana).

    • Familiarity with MarTech-specific tools and platforms, as well as integration best practices.

    • Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate with engineering and marketing teams.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems:

    • MS in Technology Management or Engineering Management:

    • Experience in global or enterprise-scale organizations with a focus on MarTech solutions.

    • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines as applied to marketing technologies.

    • Certification in Agile, Scrum, or ITIL is a plus.

    • PMP (Project Management Professional)
