What are we looking for?
College Degree in IT or Finance
5+ years of experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA deployments or transformations.
Experience in Finance Record to Report processes
Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology, including Fit-to-Standard workshops, Business Process Redesign, and Agile Implementation.
Testing tools like Tricentis Tosca.
Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, for project management and issue tracking.
Hands-on experience with cutover planning, data migration, UAT, and go-live strategies.
EDI, API-based integrations with third-party applications.
Ability to drive process standardization across multiple business units.
Demonstrated project management skills
Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, managing multiple activities and priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication, especially in English, and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence internal and external resources.
Experience in large FMCG is a plus
What will be your key responsibilities?
Develop and execute a deployment plan for Record to Report that is aligned with S4 Project milestones.
Collaborate with Petcare R2R COE team and with MGS Finance to ensure a robust end to end solution
Plan and Drive Fit to Standard sessions to Local Key Users for all Record to Report processes
Gather Specifications for Local Tax and Regulatory Requirements
Coordinate SIT with System Integrator and 3rd party vendors
Work closely with deployment business team on UAT, resolving or escalating any R2R technical related issues
Plan and coordinate data migration, cutover activities, and go-live strategies.
Ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
Identify and mitigate deployment risks.
Ensure standardization of business processes
Drive automation and best practices in R2R
Ensure seamless integration with external systems such as Blackline, HFM, Lucernex, and payment suppliers
Act as a bridge between business teams and SAP consultants.
Support training sessions and user adoption programs
