  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
• Internal Communication:
  • Facilitate effective communication across the organisation, ensuring all users are informed about new initiatives, processes and technologies.
  • Create and distribute internal communication, updates, and announcements.
• Technical Support:

  • Provide technical support to users, helping them understand and utilise new tools and technologies.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Specifications and Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, AI, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in internal communication and content creation.
  • Proven experience of crafting and translating technical content into relevant and valuable user material.
• Skills:

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and AI technologies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to explain and communicate in multiple channels complex technical information to non-technical users.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong team player
