    Position summary

    ve digital product solutions. You will drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle-from ideation through launch-ensuring cross-functional alignment across design, architecture, engineering, legal, and brand stakeholders.

    As the Multi-experience Platform Manager, you will oversee and manage the digital platform that facilitates digital experiences products for users, ensuring it meets user needs and aligns with organizational goals. You will strategically plan, manage projects, and provide technical oversight to enhance platform capabilities. Additionally, you will explore opportunities to scale our existing Multi experience Platform to support products within other business segments such as Mars Snacking and Food & Nutrition. Your role will be pivotal in fostering collaboration, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of impactful digital experiences products across the enterprise.

    What are we looking for?

    • In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders, brand managers, and various functional experts across our organization to deliver innovative B2C digital products for all Mars segments. You will oversee the comprehensive product development of these digital experiences products on our platform, ensuring scalability, adoption, value creation, and alignment with business objectives.

    What will be your key responsibilities?

    • Product Requirements Development: Lead the creation of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) based on comprehensive business inputs, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic goals. Engage regularly with product owners, market general managers, and brand managers to gather insights.

    • User Experience Design Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers to define intuitive and impactful digital experiences products that enhance user engagement and satisfaction across the platform.

    • Technical Documentation Translation: Transform PRDs into Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs) with clear scope, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for development teams, ensuring alignment with user needs.

    • Architecture Design Oversight: Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team to design scalable and compliant architecture solutions that support current and future digital experiences platform needs.

    • Security and Compliance Partnership: Work with internal security teams to ensure that all digital experiences solutions meet established security and compliance standards, safeguarding user data and organizational integrity.

    • Development Process Management: Oversee the development process, ensuring successful delivery in alignment with PRD and TRD specifications while effectively managing timelines and resources.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage closely with R&D, QA, Legal, Marketing, Brand, and other teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure cohesive development and launch of digital experiences products.

    • Technical Feasibility Validation: Assess and validate technical feasibility early in the planning process, proposing innovative solutions to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

    • Timely Delivery and Launch: Ensure timely delivery and launch of digital experiences products across all relevant brands and platforms, driving user adoption and engagement.

    • Use Case Delivery Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of new digital experiences tools built on the platform, ensuring timely, value-driven execution across business segments.

    • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the full product lifecycle for digital experiences products on the platform, from ideation and prioritization to deployment and iteration, ensuring alignment with business goals and platform capabilities.

    • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, data science teams, developers, and platform operations to translate user needs into scalable, governed digital experiences products.

    • Backlog & Roadmap Ownership: Maintain and groom a dynamic backlog of Multi-experience Platform features and products, continuously prioritizing based on strategic value, feasibility, and alignment with governance.

    • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for business segments and corporate teams regarding the delivery status, roadmap, and adoption strategy for new digital experiences products on the platform.

    • Governance & Compliance Alignment: Ensure all digital experiences products meet standards for data privacy and ethical deployment, in collaboration with relevant teams.

    • User Experience & Adoption Focus: Champion intuitive, impactful user experiences by integrating feedback loops, piloting solutions with target users, and driving change management to encourage adoption.

    • Impact Tracking & Optimization: Define success metrics for each digital experiences tool deployment, track performance against KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives based on insights and user feedback.
