This internship is based at our Springfield, MA office in a hybrid setting where you will be onsite three (3) days per week.
The Program
This summer internship is for college students who are preparing for a future in leadership (people or project management). The Minimum Qualifications
Current Sophomore or Junior enrolled in a four-year bachelor's degree program
Able to work in office at our Springfield, MA corporate home office
Must be currently authorized to work in the US, without requiring any future sponsorship
The Ideal Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership skills gained from student clubs, community involvement or work experience
Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication
Creative problem solver, self-starter, intellectually curious, and an agile learner
Able to influence others and demonstrate strong consultative skills
Able to demonstrate strong business acumen
Military experience a plus!
