Conduct research on relevant industry trends, holidays, and consumer behavior to inform activation opportunities.
Perform a competitive audit to analyze how key brands in the bev/alc space approach activations, partnerships and cultural moments and present findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. social, digital, consumer insights, etc.) to align on campaigns and milestones.
Support in brainstorming and planning activations across multiple channels (social media, events, influencer marketing, sampling, etc.)
Analyze current activation performance, contributing ideas for improvement.
Present activation calendar recommendation to key internal stakeholders.
Support digital team to find and recommend relevant social media trends for target audience.
Assist Brand Marketing team on ad hoc projects.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a university majoring in related field or a recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
Strong interest in brand building, storytelling, and campaign strategy.
Creative thinker with a pulse on pop culture, trends, and consumer engagement tactics.
Successful candidate must be energetic, self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Collaborative team player.
Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with high proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
