Support with various HR generalist activities including recruiting, new hire onboarding, HR reporting and analytics, and employee requests
Conduct research on relevant and trending HR topics, specifically around benefits and diversity and inclusion content
Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives related to learning and development, employer branding, training opportunities, and policies
Draft companywide communication on HR related topics (benefits, payroll, DEI, training)
Learn about the customer service aspect of the HR department and understand process of trouble shooting employee questions or concerns
Perform other clerical duties and assist with ad hoc projects
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a university majoring in Business Management/Business Administration or a recent graduate in relevant majors
Successful candidate must be energetic, self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Collaborative team player
Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office with high proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Benefits
Highly competitive hourly rate-$25.00 an hour (32 hours per week). Program is 8-10 weeks. Preferred start date 6/1/26.
