**CDL-A Delivery Truck Driver - Experience Required**  
  
At McLane, experience pays! Do you have previous route/foodservice delivery experience? If so, start as high as our top rate of pay.

-   **Pay Rate: Drivers make $75,000 to $110,000 a year**
-   **Dispatch early morning or night**
-   **Some layovers may be required**
-   **Unloading is required**
-   Route bids with set schedules are currently available.
-   Extra Board Drivers get 2 Set Days Off each week.
-   Day 1 Benefits available: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance.
-   401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.
-   Paid holidays, vacation time, sick leave accrual, college tuition reimbursement, and more!

  
Pay is based on a formula, based on miles, stops, and cases. Actual pay may be lower or higher than the range, based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected class.  
  
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:**  
  

-   At least 21 years of age.
-   Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
-   At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor trailer driving experience.
-   Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
-   Strong customer service skills.
