What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of software development experience; 4+ years in a leadership role
Strong hands-on software engineering background in digital customer experience space.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale, customer-facing or eCommerce systems
Strong knowledge of modern engineering practices, APIs, cloud platforms, and Agile
Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, operationally critical environments
This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
