Manage multiple active projects simultaneously, effectively balancing deadlines and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Represent the IT team as a collaborative and knowledgeable partner in cross-functional conversations, building strong working relationships across the organization.
What You Will Bring:
Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree in a computer-related field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science), along with at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Database Knowledge: A foundational understanding of database design and the ability to support custom functionality with thoughtful structure and logic.
Technical Skills: Intermediate-level programming and troubleshooting skills to support system development and enhancements.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that help you connect with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to break down complex issues and propose effective, scalable solutions.
System Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar.
