Coordinate Document Returns: Collaborate with customers to ensure timely return of approval drawings and other transmittal documents.
Support Production Activities: Attend production meetings, track order fulfillment issues, and communicate status updates to Sales personnel.
Represent Sales at Order Turnover: Participate in order turnover meetings to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution.
Manage Witness Testing Logistics: Coordinate customer witness test meetings and prepare required documentation.
Prepare Customer Reports: Generate monthly order status reports for partner customers, including production capacity reservations and supply history.
Assist Finance: Support the resolution of invoicing issues related to customer orders.
Monitor Customer Commitments: Maintain customer commitment data and track key production schedule milestones.
What You Bring
Education & Experience:
Business School graduate
Minimum one year of office or administrative experience, or equivalent education and experience
Skills & Knowledge:
Familiarity with manufacturing parts, products, and production/inventory/sales processes
Advanced interpersonal, communication, and writing skills for interaction with customers, partners, and employees
Strong organizational skills with intermediate analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Technology Proficiency:
Intermediate computer skills with MS Office
Experience with MRP/ERP business systems
