Upon request, review Red Books, requisitions, and purchase orders on behalf of the General Manager.
When required, provide contractual terms and conditions training for SCD, for both Service and Supplier Contracts.
Further the goals and positive, professional image of the company through effective dealings with customers and other internal departments and divisions.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience working with commercial contracts for international equipment and services sales, or equivalent education and experience.
Advanced knowledge of contract language and techniques for developing and interpreting contracts.
Advanced consulting and negotiating skills for negotiating commercial terms and conditions with customers and suppliers.
Advanced interpersonal, communication and presentation skills required to communicate with customers, employees, and vendors.
Ability to work in a team environment and on several projects simultaneously.
Advanced computer skills, with emphasis on MS Office products and experience with ERP and/or CRM systems
