Review vendor product submittals and quotes.
Design, implement and troubleshoot communication links and networks between substation devices.
Perform factory acceptance tests (FAT) and field/site acceptance tests (SAT). Create test plans and record results.
Monitor and track progress towards completion milestones and deadlines. Communicate progress towards the achievement of milestones and deadlines.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline with 3-5 years of experience, or equivalent education and experience.
Advanced knowledge of network and communication protocols, logic and control platforms, and system programming.
Advanced knowledge of process instrumentation.
Advanced interpersonal communication skills required to communicate with employees, customers and suppliers.
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and material.
Advanced computer skills, emphasizing knowledge of MS Office products and CAD software.
