  • Prepare Strategic Presentations:
    • Develop strategic plan documents for executive approval and present to both MEPPI leadership and Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (Japan).
  • Manage High-Impact Projects:
    • Oversee cross-functional strategic projects from planning to completion.
    • Monitor progress, resolve challenges, and ensure execution is aligned with corporate goals.
  • Support Special Projects & Performance Monitoring:
    • Assist in defining, implementing, and evaluating strategic projects.
    • Monitor KPIs and recommend changes based on performance analysis.
  • Analyze Market & Industry Trends:
    • Gather and assess data from internal and external sources—including MELCO, customers, and industry experts.
    • Identify competitive risks and opportunities and evaluate their potential impact on MEPPI.
  • Drive Data-Backed Decision-Making:
    • Utilize KPIs and business intelligence tools to support recommendations and executive-level decision-making.
    • Deliver clear, concise reports to leadership on strategic initiative progress and ROI.
  • Cultivate Strategic Partnerships:
    • Identify and develop alliances that align with MEPPI's vision.
    • Support negotiations and maintain relationships for long-term collaboration and mutual success.
  • Explore Business Development Opportunities:
    • Identify growth potential for existing offerings and assess feasibility of new products and services.
    • Investigate new markets and technologies that complement MEPPI's portfolio.
  • Represent MEPPI in Industry Forums:
    • Attend industry events to gain insight into trends, innovations, and emerging technologies.
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team:
    • Manage team performance and development per company policies.
    • Provide training, mentorship, cross-training, and career advancement opportunities.
    • Conduct reviews and contribute to salary planning.
  • Support Executive Leadership:
    • Provide high-level strategic support to the MEPPI President as needed.
  • Promote MEPPI's Values and Reputation:
    • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and vendors.

    • Represent the company with professionalism and strategic insight.

What You Bring:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
    • Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial-scale electrical power systems.
    • Minimum of 7 years in strategic planning and project management, with hands-on involvement in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • Advanced interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills across all organizational levels.

    • Proven ability to communicate complex strategies with clarity and impact.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
