Support and maintain distributed systems in both local and remote locations.
Determine feasibility, compatibility with existing systems, and capabilities of current systems to meet the expectations of end-users.
Resolve application and system incident requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer-related field with a minimum 5 years of experience as a database administrator in a manufacturing or industrial environment or equivalent education and experience.
Advanced knowledge of relational database management systems (MS SQL Server 2005 and above) and reporting tools (SQL Server Reporting Services, Crystal Reports).
Advanced knowledge of active directory management and server management
Advanced knowledge of business intelligence, web services, document management (SharePoint), and programming infrastructure (.NET Framework).
Advanced programming and troubleshooting skills.
Advanced interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills required to communicate with employees and vendors.
Ability to analyze processes and develop solutions to enhance operations.
Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
