Position summary

g-term strategic planning efforts, ensuring successful execution of initiatives across assigned departments.

  • Partner closely with the General Manager to define business objectives, develop organizational policies, and establish plans, procedures, and responsibilities to achieve Division goals.

  • Review and analyze operational metrics, activity reports, and financial statements to assess progress toward profitability and growth objectives.

  • Lead operational planning, process improvement initiatives, and the integration of business systems into daily operations.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the UPS product line, including customer relationships, marketing investments, sales channels, and contractual obligations.

  • Lead internal projects, capital investments, and facility improvements that directly support the UPS business.

  • Lead, coach, and develop staff in accordance with Company policies, including performance management, compensation recommendations, training, and professional development.

  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and represent the Division professionally with other MEPPI teams, visitors, suppliers, and vendors.

What You'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Accounting required; MBA strongly preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, including at least 5 years in a mid-level management role.

  • Strong background in sales, operations, and manufacturing of assembled products; experience with electrical products preferred.

  • Proven ability to manage P&L responsibilities and drive financial and operational performance.

  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees, customers, and suppliers.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise business systems.
