g-term strategic planning efforts, ensuring successful execution of initiatives across assigned departments.
Partner closely with the General Manager to define business objectives, develop organizational policies, and establish plans, procedures, and responsibilities to achieve Division goals.
Review and analyze operational metrics, activity reports, and financial statements to assess progress toward profitability and growth objectives.
Lead operational planning, process improvement initiatives, and the integration of business systems into daily operations.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the UPS product line, including customer relationships, marketing investments, sales channels, and contractual obligations.
Lead internal projects, capital investments, and facility improvements that directly support the UPS business.
Lead, coach, and develop staff in accordance with Company policies, including performance management, compensation recommendations, training, and professional development.
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and represent the Division professionally with other MEPPI teams, visitors, suppliers, and vendors.
What You'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Accounting required; MBA strongly preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, including at least 5 years in a mid-level management role.
Strong background in sales, operations, and manufacturing of assembled products; experience with electrical products preferred.
Proven ability to manage P&L responsibilities and drive financial and operational performance.
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees, customers, and suppliers.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise business systems.
